The SI-TEX
SP-90 with fixed-mount, waterproof control head is designed to fit
inboard vessels with continuous-run hydraulic pump systems. (Optional
CT2 Control Box available for reversing pump installations).
- Large, backlit LCD display with adjustable brightness and
contrast.
- Digital and Bar Graph display of rudder angle.
- Four operating modes — Power Steering, Autopilot, NAV, and Stand
By plus Dockside Setup mode.
- Features turn functions: Continuous, Emergency and "U" Turns.
- Dodge function to avoid an obstacle in the water, when in
autopilot mode.
- Trim controls and ten selectable levels of rudder sensitivity with
high and low speed settings for smooth, precise steering.
- Adjustable yaw, turn rate and rudder settings.
- Easy course changes, from 1
°
to major changes, with the Course Knob.
Built-in Loran/GPS interface.
Ghost Rudder backup allows autopilot to use memory of rudder
movements to calculate new movements in event of rudder feedback
failure.
Heading Output provides NMEA 0183 info.
Built-in diagnostics and self tests, plus visual and audible
alarms.
Easily installs flush or surface mounted.
Operates with solenoid valves.
Options include: analog Rudder Angle Indicator to accommodate up
to 4 stations and both fixed and hand-held full-function remotes
