Selection Guide
The ‘Wavespring’ combines Lewmar’s renowned and gentle wave grip feature with
self adjusting springs. It handles today’s smaller diameter ropes as well as the
traditional larger Dacron composites. A sleek feeder arm design ensures absolute
snag-free operation.
The ultimate self-tailing design, that is both simple to use, yet provides a
firm grip on the line. Adapts to a wide range of line diameters automatically.
No tools are required to service a Lewmar winch. Simply unscrew the top cap
with your fingers to remove the needle peen drum and provide access to the
centre stem. Lewmar winches are also easy to fit. Simply remove the needle peen
drum for access to the deck fitting holes.
All new first gear ratios provide faster sail handling. Designed to optimize
human biomechanical factors and reduce fatigue.
