We take the issues of security very seriously. That is why we are using

time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping

No Sales Tax:
No Sales Tax is applied, except in our business location, California.
Shipping questions?
Stocked items will be shipped within 24 hours or less. Orders made late Friday
will be shipped on Monday. If ordered items are out of stock, we will email you
immediately regarding expected shipping date. Shipping costs will be shown
during the checkout in real-time, based on the UPS rate.(UPS rates are based on
the weight and the package size)
Oversized item, such as rods or antennas, will be charged as a 30 lb package.
UPS or US Postal Tracking Available:
By providing us with a valid email address when ordering, you will receive a
timely email verifying the day your order is shipped and your UPS or US postal
tracking number, which can be monitored via the Web.

Please note that No tracking service is available for US Priority Mail.
Cancel an order?
All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior
to shipping. Cancellations must be made by email (order@wmjmarine.com) or
fax:(501) 631 4759; WMJ Marine WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order
has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed below.
Once shipped, the shipping charge will NOT be refunded.
Payment Methods?
WMJ Marine accepts Major Credit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express issued by banking institutions. Also, we accept
PayDirect, PayPal, and Yahoo!Wallet. In order to safeguard our customers and
our business, we rigorously check the validity of submitted credit card
information, including billing and shipping addresses. Purchases being shipped
to addresses other than the billing address for the credit card may be delayed
while we verify the information.

Return Policy?
- Return Authorization numbers are required on all returned items. All
returned units Must be Complete and in Factory Packaging. Please contact us to
receive our Return Authorization Number and further instruction for return.
- All returned units without Return Authorization number will be refused.
- Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief
description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the
original packaging and a new and resellable condition.
- All claims on defective or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of
delivery to receive a return authorization.
- Within 25 days of invoice date, merchandises may be returned with a 15%
restocking fee on the most items, except for the defects or damage in
shipping. There may be a higher restocking fee, depending on the merchandise.
- Additional restocking fee will apply, depending on the condition of
returned items, for any damages or missing items.
- Orders shipped by US Postal Priority Mail cannot be claimed for
non-delivery of goods since no tracking is available.
- All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be
returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
- Electronic-Chart/Software/Video/Life-raft are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Return shipping charges will not be credited.
- Special orders, such as international orders, are not returnable.
- WMJ marine is not responsible for lost packages in shipping, products
damaged in shipping, any orders that are returned to any address other than
the one listed above, or any order returned. It is advised that you insure
your package when shipping back to us and have tracking codes.
- For international shipping, please note that the customer will be
responsible for all the shipping charges including return shipping fee and
import tax, in case the package is refused.
- All the products comes with US manufacturer's warranty.

Reasons for requesting a return
Again, you must be issued a RMA# and a
return shipping address before you return your order.
Please do NOT return it to our mailing
address.
International Order:
Currently, shipping rates for international order are calculated in real time
during checkout only for UPS worldwide expedited and UPS worldwide express. We
can also provide US Global Express at your request to save on shipping charges,
but there may not be a tracking service in some countries. Please email us if

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges
including return shipping fee and import tax in case the package is refused.
