International Order

International Customers:

We ship directly worldwide using major shipment carriers, such as UPS, Federal Express or US postal service. Shipping fee will be shown during checkout after type in your shipping address and select the shipping method, such as UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS standard Canada, or US Postal Global Express.  Please email us regarding the shipping quotation for Federal Express shipping since we can not provide the real time shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping cost will be shown automatically in real time during checkout, except Fed Ex International.  The shipping fee for Fedex International will be emailed to customers

US Postal Global Express is the most economical shipping option but a bit slow and does not provide a detailed tracking feature during shipment.

- Payment Method for International Buyers:


For international order, there are four ways to do it.

1. Credit card Option: We may require the copy of your credit card. In that case, please fax us or email us the copy of your credit card (both sides) at (501) 631 4759 or ask@wmjmarine.com

2. Bank Wire Transfer: We will email you with the bank information for the wire transfer.

3. PayPal Option: It is under our pull down menu along with credit card option during checkout. Just complete the order process. There will be an instruction on the top of the page at the final page of the order process. Sign up for Paypal account , if you don't have an account, yet.

4. International Money Order: We will ship your order as soon as your check clear our bank. It would take 3 to 5 business days.

5. The Authorization form for the credit card may have to be submitted for certain orders when shipping and billing address are different.

***** Problem with ordering with a credit card???

In many occasions, the credit card is being declined due to the security measure by your credit card bank or a daily credit card limit.  Please call your bank and tell them not to block the transaction you are about to make or ask them to increase the credit limit.
 

- Shipping:

Currently, shipping rates for international order are calculated in real time during checkout only for UPS worldwide expedited and UPS worldwide express. US Global Express Postal Service is also available for international shipping upon your request. US Global Express shipping is the most economical way of shipping, but there may not be a detailed tracking service in some countries. Please email us if you would like a different shipping method, such as Air Freight company.

There maybe a handling charge such as inbound freight charge or pickup charge for US postal service

We are NOT responsible for Import Duty Tax or Brokerage Fee!!.   It is a customer's responsibility to pay for any import Duty and Tax.
