Cancel an order?
All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no
additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made

Problem with Delivery of
All claims on shortages and/or damaged goods must be made
within 10 days of the delivery of the package. Please
email us or call us for any damages or missing parts within
10 days of the delivery of the package and we will instruct
you how to proceed.
