Great Service for a two orders in excess of 12 items for a price
of $16,500. One item was the wrong memory format and returns was handled
over night, with refund for the price difference. Only complaint was:
no shipping inventory with the items received, shipment was handled by
three carriers, DHL FedEX and UPS. All received within a week except for
the oversized radar antenna.
Would recommend this dealer for aditional purchases.

The only problem if any was a delay in obtaining an item, but I was not
not charged for it until it was received by them and then finally

I purchased an Eagle Sea Finder from WMJ Marine. The purchase was done on-line and was very ease and efficient. The unit was delivered to Canada. The only caution is that UPS charges an additional $ 35 dollar broker fee on top of
the regular shipping charge. The depth finder arrived on time and exactly as ordered.

I had a problem trying to place my order with their offer of free freight. I placed the order anyway and sent them
an e-mail about this. I was expecting my e-mail to be ignored and thought I would have to call them the following morning to correct this. I was pleasantly surprised to find they immediatly responded and took the freight off my order. Good job!
One of the reasons I placed my order with them was due to their being only about 50 miles from my home. I did not expect my order to take nearly so long to arrive, but this was really not a problem. I was very happy to see my purchase ship within hours of my order.
I will definitely go to their web site next time I shop for marine equipment.

I was very happy with the service. The chart plotter I brought was shipped the day after my purchase and arrived at my door ten days later (In Australia
)longest part of that was going through customs.
Having a tracking number given to me with my order comfirmation made it very easy to follow the progress of my order. When I Emailed WMJ Marine about the product before purcase they replied very promply with all the information required.
I would have no problem making another purchase through WMJ Marine.
PS. This is the first time I have brought something off the Net glad it all
whent well.

complaint is that I never received a confirmation of shipping email
(although I did receive an order confirmation email). I was beginning to
